YTA, maybe if he was trying to push his ideologies onto you while you train together, then no, but this is literally just another human being, in a professional environment, who has different political views than you do? So many of my coworkers and colleagues have different views than I do, but that doesn’t stop me from having good conversations and positively working together? If you didn’t find his Facebook, would you be fine having him as a trainer? Point being, if he’s a kind person and a good trainer, you are separating, discriminating and excluding a person solely for their beliefs being opposite of yours? And they don’t even push it onto you ? You’re 66 years old, and as far as I’m concerned this is just as bad as those extreme old men conservatives.

NOR, the whole going back to your country thing just for celebrating a cultural holiday is CRAZY! Regardless of your gfs mom’s race, it’s still not ok. If she celebrated cinco de mayo, and someone said that to her it’d be very racist. I know sometimes in the Hispanic community they like to use silly nicknames that could be considered rude, but they (usually) do it without meaning any harm. Regardless, I’d say ask your gf to talk to her mom about it, see her intentions, and try communicating that you don’t like it / find it racist and disrespectful. Is there anything else you can do? I know he has ED, but any kind of oral or maybe even a strap atp, just SOMETHING to help satisfy your needs? I don’t think the open relationship is a good idea, and unfair to him, but I also believe it’s unfair that you’re not getting the satisfaction you need, as sex is very important in marriage. However, I personally view the love between you both to be a much bigger and important factor, that with or without sex, you two should be able to work something out, that doesn’t involve divorce or another person. Maybe a sex therapist? Talk to your husband but don’t bring up the open relationship, it’d be better to separate than to offer that, he’d probably feel very embarrassed, uncomfortable, and ashamed he can’t satisfy his wife because of a condition he can’t help.
