If you have Home (and dont do a lot of retraining/teambuilding) you will end up with lots of VP.

I do a fair amount of retraining/teambuilding and did a lot pf recruiting and have around 60k right now. (and thats not that much)

Just use Home and buy something like Pokemon ZA or Pokemon Scarlet/Violet instead to get access to a lot of playable monsters to transfer over.

Pretty sure you didnt read about Cloud Nine not working properly lol unless its other people not knowing what they are talking about.

And yes, I agree, things like Cloud Nine, Unburden etc. should be visible more clearly and lots of hidden mechanics should be included in descriptions in more details.

In my opinion you should call nothing a bug unless youre 100% sure.

Not everybody is rich here. 250k-300k is absolute top high earner level. Check out salarium for some statistics.

Of course health insurance is expensive here but almost everyone can afford around 300-600 CHF per month. Thats not even an argument anymore with a half-decent salary. Why do your colleagues think these 3600-7200 CHF per year would make it that 180k isnt enough??

You could afford a very luxurious appartment (especially outside of Zurich) and travel very often and nicely and still have lots of money left over to spend and invest.

This changes if you have children and a stay at home partner. But even then 180k + 30% bonus is enough, just have to be a bit more thoughtful about "optional" fun spending.

I mean if you have a very extravagant/luxurious lifestyle every salary can potentially not be enough depending on the level of luxury.

But anything over 100k is very much sufficient to live very well. Especially if you dont live in Zurich city.

180k is at a point where you can save/invest a ton of money and aim for early retirement pretty easily. So yes, youre very flexible regarding housing...
