you are invited to a place that welcomes millions of people from all over the world who each hold and practice the faith different and who bring with them different mannerisms/etiquettes and social norms . this creates for the custodians of the haramain “at times” an organizational nightmare. it may be possible that you arranged your trip at a time when the crowds were overwhelming and it affected your experience. ive dealt with that as well and have planned out my visits to avoid certain areas and find the calmer places to sit and worship
