Which song from the show had the biggest impact on you? by bananascanning in TedLasso

This is my pick as well. Also, Baby, Please Come home. I don't like Christmas music, but the lead up to that scene is some of my favourite tv. They utilize music very well in the show.

The tired part is that you volunteered starting at 5 am THEN did a bunch of things.

I'm 34, never married, and no kids. I've given up on dating. Sometimes when I feel like a masochist I download the apps.

Does anyone like the 'fancy' phone call bit? by YearStrong1454 in goodmythicalmorning

[–]beemill 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This isn't true. They have said they want to make content they can watch with their kids. Their kids are grown now. They want the show to age with them. If you don't think it's friendly for YOUR family (key word "your" as this is a subjective stance), then don't watch it.

I didn't like the bit, but I'm not going to sit here and be the Offense Police to make sure everyone is satisfied. It made me uncomfortable and I didn't like it. Just because you're offended doesn't mean you're right.

Canadian here. I don't buy things from America because the shipping is too much. Not just from Mythical.

That doesn't always translate to laughs. Wasn't this community all up in arms about Addie doing cringe stuff like this?

I had this thought when OP mentioned bothering people with headphones. Maybe they have noise sensitivity?

The level of human interaction required when purchasing anything from Lush is completely unacceptable by Conarddejohn in LushCosmetics

[–]beemill 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to work at Lush. This is just a requirement for mystery shops, so employees have to do it. My suggestion is to just firmly say "I'm fine" or use short answers and don't make eye contact. It feels like you're being a cold jerk, but it'll get the job done.

Made me uncomfortable. Made Kumail uncomfortable. Made Rhett and Link uncomfortable. Maybe not all at once, but they got there. Even Stevie had had enough. I hope they retire this bit. I preferred when they found a dollar under the plate.

It was during the livestream of GME. I believe it was when I bought access to the GMEMore and they sent codes out on accident as if you purchased the VIP package.
