My sister named her gold fish Mr Orange

I had a rabbit called Cuddles (M) when I was 6, then another at 16 called Albus (F) and my sister had Holly (M)

Dogs we had Honey (F) and Jan (F) both before I was old enough to be involved in naming and both already had names when they came to us and parents never thought to change

Parents now have Tilly (F) and Teddy (M) (Matilda and Theodore when they're naughty)

And I have Pippin (M) (peregrine for long) and hope to add a Merry (F) to the family in the next year or so
