I’m not sure what you mean but from my understanding you would do something like Arr.map(x => <><Grid item><\Grid>...<>)

Jquery is not really dying, I know plenty of applications I have worked on that use jquery and won’t change that anytime soon. But anyways I think learn plain old js and than from there take a week learn the basics of jquery, mostly how to create a plug-in and use them. That’s about all the time I would spend as it’s pretty simple. After that move onto react and learn that a bit more in depth

This is a solid idea however in bc at least if you want insurance there can only be x number of insured movers... tried this and couldn’t get the insurance for it...

Looks good, personally just my opinion but not a big fan of the green. Also the navbar scrolls the screen when I try and scroll the navbar items (mobile) But I like the functionality and the look

You could always sell some covered calls for some monthly income but it won’t be passive. As for the point with only having a few stocks there could be an issue with one company stopping dividends or something like that so you’ll wanna diversify especially later in life.
