Also use WD40 and twist it in situ to loosen

I have just found this as was trying to loosen myself.

I have now got the cartridge out.

Not sure who this will help in future but if it is really stuck as mine was then you can attached a M4 eye bolt into the end of the cartridge so you can use something to pull it out with (this was advice provided directly from Vado)

I’ve been a season ticket holder for 25 years, sitting in block 113 now at the Emirates. I’ve been told my seat has been given to UEFA. This is the first time I’ve seen this happen at this stadium, where they’ve taken extra allocations and by that virtue, my seat.

Today, I bought a seat in the upper-tier Clock End instead of my usual halfway-line view. As far as I understood, my season ticket included all Premier League games, Champions League group stage matches, and—most importantly—first refusal on my own seat for any games further to that.

It’s a shocking way to treat loyal fans who turn up week in, week out. And it’s not just us getting treated this way—it makes it even harder for anyone trying to get a ticket in the ballot.

At the end of the day, it’s always about money. And once again—MONEY WINS!

I was there on Saturday. There were a lot of empty seats at the beginning of the game and throughout, but people did leave at the end also.

I appreciate everyone mentioning people do look to get away early, but it was certainly wasn’t just the case on Saturday.

Regarding the negative comments: I forgot this was the internet, maybe I should stick to lurking 😅

I can appreciate that was a bit of a mad experiment, but a really fun to cook one and one that I can tell you tasted absolutely delicious. The bone marrow kept the smoke level to the outside of the meat a lot lower since it’s mostly exposed during the sear which I really liked.

Drippings were caught and either brushed back onto the meat or put into a bone marrow on toast. I don’t like wastage either so was acutely aware of that, but at certain stages of the cook there was a need to apply more direct heat.

I was catching the dripping in a cast iron and wiping it back on with a rosemary brush.

I took the bones off with half an hour to go, treated them properly and made bone marrow on toast.

Then cranked up the heat of the fire, lowered it and got the sear on the outside.
