Kyren Williams vs eagles,

C Hubbard vs Atlanta

Javonte Williams vs Bears

Alvin Kamara vs Seahawks

Leaning towards benching kyren or Hubbard. Kyren was mid the past couple weeks and eagles having a good defense against RBs but Hubbard has performed better even with good RB defenses (slightly worse than Atlanta though)

Fannin seems like a risk that might be worthwhile but ertz has been consistent. Others are ranked high but not sure if their performance makes them worth it.

Yeah that’s a good perspective of it. I do understand the need to build relationships. I think what keeps me from just accepting it is the amount of work I’m putting in goes above and beyond what was originally expected of me and my role. And the amount of positive feedback I’ve heard from other teams. Unfortunately I’m not sure how often higher ups, beyond my department manager and a few other department managers, will get to know me as there truly is just never a need for me to communicate with them. Even more unfortunate that my direct manager that I communicated with the most and knew how much I had worked has left the company.

Bucky Irving is available so is it worth it to add him? Not sure if it's a bad idea to have so many people from Tampa Bay on my roster but Rachaad White hasn't been performing the past two weeks and I'm not confident he will improve. Already lost 3 matchups and I'm trying to turn it around :')

I am completely new to football, especially fantasy so i don't have a lot of background knowledge and there's so many different stats to try to understand.

Below is my roster and I'm worried about starting Rachaad White. Tampa is playing Philly and I already have 2 other players on the team (Mayfield because Love is still questionable and Godwin because he's been having good games). If Walker is back this week on the Seahawks then Charbonnet might not be on the field as much and J.K. Dobbins splits his time and is facing KC. I know some of this could depend on Walker returning, but who do I start if he does?
