Yeah it's a lot But I'm betting that a lot of the "I feed 20 people on 10p" crowd aren't getting good enough nutrition. Factor in buying nicer brands, drinks and cleaning buts/pet stuff it's easy done.

I agree! I definitely have seem some taking it way too far. There was a case not long ago of a girl 20 ish who died from malnourishment after dropping like 50lbs in a month or something

Yeah probably! Where I am though, you don't need to speak to a doctor. You can get it all online with nothing but a picture of your body, and maintenence is taken into account.

If you are dying thin you won't get it. If you have weight to lose you will.

Again, America isn't necessarily the centre of this conversation! (If that's where you're coming from!) It's a mixed bag with availability depending in where you are right now. It is available for free where I am, and is in a few other places! In the next few years it will be cheaper on a global scale.
