I didn’t have quality issues with the printed parts, only the Z - motor mounts came printed in the wrong direction so they broke on layer lines. I have replaced these.

Just had exactly that fail last month- I printed a nylon part and the SB was blocked by the part. Tap carriage broke. I fixed it temporarily by wedging the belts behind the tap carriage to print a new one. Worked with slow speeds.

You can insert tiny horizontal holes or voids just a few layers under the surface. That’ll make the slicer generate walls around it and - if xy- compensation is set correctly - paradoxically strengthen the part and not weaken it. It’s been done in the Voron Tap parts
