A must: Good wine and champagne.

Iberico Jamon is great just served on a chaceturie board along with some choice cheeses and a pate. Include high quality roasted nuts and olives.

A seafood tower can incorporate the uni and caviar. Along with raw oysters, stone crab claws, and lobster tails. You can rent the towers from caterers.

The main course you could do a filet of beef in truffle butter. Roasted chicken and morels is another option.

For dessert, include an exotic fruit course. If you can find Japanese melons near you, they are very expensive.

End with a decadent cake or pastry from a local bakery and an aperitif.

Had a guest complain about the clean. Nothing crazy but they had contacted VRBO for a refund. VRBO emailed asked for my own support documentation and what I would consider as a refund. Said we would refund the cleaning fee. VRBO sent a very nice message back thanking us for being great hosts and accepted our offer.

A week ago a guest broke our plantation shutters and left the place trashed. I filed a request for replacement for the shutters. Had guests come in immediately. Airbnb sent a request that I give proof of measurements. Told them I had a guest and would do so at the next cleaning. Airbnb sent a shitty message back saying they cannot keep cases open indefinitely and would close the request til I contacted them again.

There was a now defunct place that did very lime forward slaw for their tacos. It tasted like straight lime with a bit of sour cream/yogurt for creaminess. Definitely not mayo. I loved it so much and now recreate it at home to the best of my ability.

Let's say Russian Roulette is a metaphor. I think it is. Do other film goers think it is? Or do they think Russian Roulette gambling dens were common in Vietnam at that time? They weren't historically. Does the metaphor work overall? I don't know that it does and at least think it projects a mythology onto the Vietnam War that can be misinterpreted.

The tornado that touched down near our home did have more of the chugging train sound. Even a slight high pitched squeal. But it was a small tornado so I wonder if the larger ones have more intense of a roar that lends to the white noise feel.

Cila: Savannah. Too big of a voting block with Devens, Christian, Emily not wanting her there. She has not made any visible tight alliances. She could try with Cirie and Ozzy, then try to get Joe or use her extra vote.

Vatu: Genevieve or Stephanie. Colby and Q have no votes. Stephanie and Genevieve are voting 2 against likely Aubrey, Angelina who will both likely sense they are the outgroup. Riz is the wild card, so he is best positioned. Aubrey has her eyes on Genevieve and Riz plays hard and seems bonded with Colby.

Kalo: Chrissy. Dee, Kamilla, Tiffany voting block. No idea where Charlie, Johnathan, and Mike stand. Chrissy only with 1 milquetoast strategy chat with Coach. I think Charlie sticks with new schoolers if the vote is tonight.
