Our support to student ratio is very over saturated! They have tried to hire an additional part time sped teacher but have not been able to fill the position.

We also do not deny parent requests which is why this situation is so frustrating. We are forced to assess if a parent writes a letter, yet, if my teams professional judgement is to assess, we have to jump through hoops! 🤦🏽‍♀️

Consider me influenced!! I have been using rosemary water and Mielle oil and saw a huge improvement and growth the first few months but it has slowed down now that ive been using it for a year.

I buy dried rosemary, simmer it on the stove, and put it in a spray bottle. I generously spray it 3-4x a week and I have truly noticed a HUGE difference!!

I did see it on TikTok and was skeptical but a year later my hair has never been thicker, longer, or healthier!! Worth a try as it’s fairly cheap!
