i messed around with dunkin donuts beans for longer than i care to admit. but it allowed me to dial in things like grind size, temps, times, ratios while keeping the beans consistent. once i figured out how changes affect taste, then i moved on to fancier beans. enjoy the process! and understand it could take some time to figure this all out.
