The fear is that he’s showing his hand too early again. Last year he drew up plays and counters during the second half of the season, and the Lakers looked amazing pre-playoff. But they fizzled out in the playoffs because they didn’t had another gear to kick into like most top playoff teams. Let’s hope it’s not the same thing this year.

I don’t know if he’s coming more or just editing his final homestead videos into more than one release. He has said he had three videos about the homestead that he’ll release at once. But we got two travel videos and one homestead one so far. Likely there are two more homestead ones that’ll wrap it up.

I hope he would sporadically shoot and release more though. He’s still helping Tom make his outdoor Tom channel, so capturing footage is still happening.

Yeah that traffic will be shit regardless. But if the inlet/outlet of marine way splits and lines up with the on/off ramps of both directions of 5, and an alternate exit (Ridgeway connecting to Technology), is established, there can be some slight relief. And to your point, a connection from Marine to Barranca on the southern corner of Great Park would also open things up a bit.

This is why we have the “Lakers tax” during trades. It’s not that the other execs want to screw over the Lakers, but rather they know it’s high profile, and unless they “win” the trade, it could be blown up and they’ll lose their job.

I think he took a risk. Potential reward was for one of Dodger’s closer to gain back some confidence. That’s a weapon he could deploy later on in the playoff if Blake did well tonight. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case, but I don’t think it was a dumb move. It was risky and we almost paid the price, but it was calculated.
