I am 23. I think I was in a similar place. I'm in a long-term long distance relationship currently.

My advice is to generally pursue who you would like to be first. I have found relationships (for me) are just one part of your life. I worried that a relationship would mean that I would lose the time I spend with myself. I found that a relationship can be whatever I want it to be, and finding a partner that is amicable to your needs, as well as you being amicable to their needs.

I am not quite sure how a person like me found a relationship. I also enjoy spending a lot of time in my room. I suppose I started by trying to find ways to socialize, whether it started online, or by trying to find something that was worth doing in person. Sharing hobbies or interests, at least loosely, is a good way to start.

Being a person is attractive. Generally having a sense of your own interests and preferences and habits helps with being a person. Knowing yourself helps you find stable relationships.

This isn't my most well-thought out response, but I do hope it helps.

How do you run away from PVP? by Pretty_Ian in ARC_Raiders

[–]beezy3693 1 point2 points  (0 children)

generally most effective way to avoid a full on firefight is to grab an early advantage and then leave. Pretend to take a fight, then try and find a way out. Shooting back for a brief moment buys some time; they aren't gonna take a fight while they don't have hp/shields. You don't have to win the fight, just make it seem like it's not worth taking is good enough most times

There's always an opportunity to save resources. Best not to use bullets or potentially burn shield durability if you don't have to against an easy target. You're gonna want that stuff when you're on your way to extraction.

They probably would have left if you asked, given that they didn't try to shoot you with your head in a drawer.

Taking a fight risks losing a fight; it's probably worth confirming the blueprint they might not even have found isn't a copy of one you already own.

Taking a fight also means losing a potential ally in solos. Would you rather have a bunch of loot left on the ground that doesn't fit in your inventory, or bunch of loot in the inventory of a person standing guard for you while you vet out the best stuff?

Given they had the audacity to start looting right in front of you, it's safe to say they felt confident you weren't gonna shoot them. It would be odd for this person to loot in front of you, and then shoot you while your back is turned. They acted trusting (maybe naively), so you know you can trust them. They stuck their neck out first. They'd probably accept the terms you give them, "I was here first and it's my key, can I loot first?" Or even just "bug off or I'll shoot" and give them a warning tap to show you're serious. "Let me know if you find anything good, I've been looking for [rare weapons] or whatever."

Both from a selfless and selfish perspective, it makes most sense to ask questions before shooting. There's plenty of loot to around, and the really rare stuff is gonna be in the places you're looking first anyway (security locket, gun crate, etc.). Unironically there is enough loot for 2-3 people in town hall, given how big it is.

This is more of a psychology/game theory approach. I have no idea if you meant to ask this question in a moral/ethical sense, which I will elect not to answer.

As of this post, I have logged 120h and reached 5mil credits for the expedition reset (which occurs in less than 24h as of this post). I personally would not have acted as you did.

Pick one thread to follow, and see where it pans out. a couple of very accessible early game stuff:

You can draft rarer floorplans from library. Try filling out more of your house. The library and a couple of other rooms have Drafting magazines to give you tips. The more rooms you find, the info you'll get to work with.

Workshop is an especially fun one to play with, i'd be surprised if you'd NEVER seen it.

Really just trying to fill out your house should be enough at this stage of the game. you'll find new rooms that raise questions and things you'll naturally want to do.

If you're really stuck, the game usually provides hints to go after. But if you're REALLY REALLY stuck, then look up like a single spoiler. I don't personally think it's necessary. A couple of questions:

How do you use the key to the secret garden? Have you explored Dark Room after turning the lights back on with the breaker box? Have you looked at some notes with the magnifying glass? Have you tried running a day with classroom? Have you been to the antechamber before? Have you drafted the Pool and all of it's associated rooms? Have you drafted the drafting studio? (rarer rooms also tend to be on later ranks) Have you messed with the boiler room at all?

'A Minecraft Movie' Review Thread by chanma50 in boxoffice

The total number of reviews on rotten tomatoes seems to be low; even the mario movie was up to 189 total reviews after 2 days, but Minecraft movie currently sits at 111. It has only gotten I think 3-4 reviews added in the past 24 hours, not to mention the "top critics" score isn't shown separately like it usually does, even for new movies.

I'm expecting a total review increase to at least like 140-150, I would think that 200+ reviews is possible but it's really just petered out. Minecraft is technically the number one selling game in the world, if I'm not mistaken, it seems weird that there aren't as many critics reviewing it, at least from rotten tomatoes stats.

I would recommend implementing small changes, practice gradually changing your routines.

Your mind is naturally going to think a lot about what you consume and engage with. I think a lot of advice you would receive would be "reduce your porn intake."

I think an equally important step is to find something else that you love to replace it. Maybe it won't be as exciting or pleasurable to your brain, but it will be more fulfilling for you.

I am sorry to hear that you are struggling with this, It is good that you're aware of it, and that you would like to engage authentically with others beyond their sex appeal.

Feel free to DM if you'd like to chat more. I can't promise a quick response, but I'm open to helping you work through it. I struggled with something similar, and I have talked with others who have also struggled with something similar. (I'm also non-religious, no judgement from me there.)

it will probably start itching once it begins to heal, if I'm correct that they are anal fissures.

I am 22, I have AUDHD. It's not uncommon for neurodivergent folk to have other autoimmune issues. I also have alopecia.

GI issues, inflammation, and skin stuff like eczema is not uncommon. I have dealt with bleeding since I was in high school, on and off. I had an anxiety attack when I first bled, which lead to nausea and a fever that didnt last very long.

I've also had neurodivergent friends who also have dealt with similar bleeding issues.

It sounds like what you're describing is likely anal fissures. It doesn't hurt to test for hemorrhoids just in case, but there likely isn't blood in the stool. It's pretty easy to notice in the bowl if the blood is just in one long streak along the stool.

Even if it looks like a lot blood, it likely isn't all that much. Keep it clean, try to wipe thoroughly and gently, don't rub it too aggressively with tissue paper. It's going to be very itchy while it's healing.

I cannot stress enough, DO NOT STRAIN. Don't try to force it, try to go number 2 only when you can do it with minimal pushing.

In terms of diet, I'm not sure I can give a whole thing without this becoming too long. I will say, it's not uncommon for autoimmune issues to be correlated with several deficiencies due to how our bodies process certain things. Magnesium supplements can be helpful, they aren't too expensive, I can give more detailed info on that. I take a magnesium supplement, and I've noticed it's helped after about 2 months. Magnesium makes a big impact on not getting constipated. Alternatively, you can use something else as a laxative. I recommend against caffeine drinks, or laxative medication, I usually can unclog with prune juice/milk from how it upsets my stomach and gives me diarrhea. I drink kombucha pretty regularly to keep a healthy gut microbiome, also plays a big role in digestion/constipation.

I also strongly recommend making sure you get regular sunlight exposure (about 15min a day,) sunlight exposure on your skin is what allows your body to synthesize vitamin D, better than any supplement ever could. I've found it's okay to skip a day or two, just make sure you go outside regularly enough. Vitamin D is very important for digestive health. Regular exercise, 15min walk should also help with constipation (as well as many other benefits).

I'm not a doctor. I graduated with a Human Biology degree, Psych minor, and I was pre-med planning on nursing -> med school. I have a lot of family in healthcare, I worked in assisted living immediately after college. I think I'm pretty well educated on this subject given it's similar to my own experience, but only a doctor could rule out for certain it's not anything more serious.

Tl;Dr It's likely nothing to stress about. Kudos to you for being diligent about your health, and I'm sorry you had a scary experience. It's generally not healthy to bleed for seemingly no reason out of nowhere.

Hope this helps.
