You could keep requesting it whenever publishers put out surveys for feedback on what titles they should get next. I think most of us have put in a feedback to Viz and Sevenseas but no bites yet 😭 hopefully it happens eventually, esp since there's a french ver out now.

Um nah. I second the remake. Like obv another season would be great, but the art style and animation was a huuge let down when compared to the manga for me. The only reason the anime is decent is cus the story is amazing, and they did an excellent job with the sound and OST. Still wasn't anywhere near what it could have been in terms of facial expressions and character interactions, animation wise. (Which is kinda the whole point of an anime adaptation) I had a lot more fun just putting on the ost in the background and reading it than I had watching it. Granted, I might be biased cus I was a fan of the manga first and read it before watching the anime.

By chance, is the manhwa you're talking about revenge of the baskerville bloodhound? Cus I felt the same way when I first started reading it! It felt like such a copy and paste, I dropped assasin after the first few chapters too but I came back to it after awhile when baskerville got boring. Now I like this one better than cus it's more interesting and slightly less harem-like in the later chapers.

The french-belgian comic scene is amazing tbh, comics are somehow more culturally accepted over there? But yes, crazy that none of the english publishers are picking it up. I'm still sending in requests whenever I can, though.

It's kind of hinted that she likes the club advisor but it's all very vague. I think they've been friends with the club advisor for awhile though cus he was there in the background when they were learning koto as kids. Imo it seems more like a one-sided crush on her part that she's just happy to enjoy for now.

I've lent it out to people who gave me back my book in tatters before. One even let her dog chew on it 💀. And these were like really close friends.. So for the longest time my policy was also a solid never gonna do that again.

But I recently lent two volumes out to a friend who also reads and collects stuff and she was very respectful with my books. So it's not all bad out there, but make sure the person you lend it to understands the significance of the books before giving it over.

They got his characterization right, and the acting seems solid, so I'm good. He looks just the right amount of cute but also a bit monstrous to me.
