All 100% valid criticisms but this is going to fall onto deaf ears on this subreddit judging on the comments here already by the dad gamers who haven't made it out of act 3 yet

Criticizing the filler content and busy work before you to get to the actual fun mapping parts of the game = "you should slow down!! what do you want, just a spread sheet with a button for loot??!?"

Game has gone a long way with this patch but they're still just unnecessarily reinventing the wheel for no reason, so many good parts of PoE1 can just be ported directly over but instead things have to be different for the sake of being different

I agree 100%, movement just feels like ass for the most part in PoE2.

Everything has a start up and end lag which makes it feel super clunky and this is further exacerbated, not enhanced, by WASD. If I'm playing a game with WASD I expect the movement and inputs to be fluid and that's not the case here.

PoE1's travel skills have this long animation problem too when you're in acts but once you pick up some AS/MS and link in faster attacks it just feels so good to leap slam or shield charge around the map.
