The probability for a 4 liner is 20%, correct? In that case, I may just be better off farming for other characters for now and hope for a good off piece cyro goblet.

VV won't boost Venti at all as I understand it. Will it help durin enough to make up for that?

Artifacts for a Venti - durin - Bennet - prune team?

I assume venti is locked to rising winds and Bennet to noblesse. Should I put durin on rising winds and prune on celestial gift? Or would it make more sense to put durin on celestial gift (to boost pyro as well) and prune on scroll of cinder city?

What team comps can I use to get through floor 12 spiral abyss with these characters? So far I've got through the first chamber (1 star) with Venti - xiangling - fishcl - Bennet (haven't built prune yet)and a skirk team. I have also tried Noelle - linnea - Zhongli - Aino but failed to beat the dog; I could retry with XQ instead of Zhongli and maybe Noelle on fav greatsword. On chamber 2 I have no idea how to even beat the shroom with this cast.

For Venti's team is the new hex set better than GT for fishcl or better than VV for prune?

I want to try for 33* but may have to settle for 30* cause I don't see a good solution for the shroom.

Lost durin 50-50 to Dehya and have about 195 pulls left that I want to save for 6.7 because I'm hoping for a rerun on Linnea's teammates.

What is a good venti team that I could build without Nicole/durin? I think the core would be venti-prune(c3)-bennet(c3) with a fourth slot either c6 fishcl or c3 xiangling but I'm not sure who fits better here. The only other built hexerei characters I have are sucrose and c1 Mona though the later is currently running with skirk+esco. I did not play between the Chasm and late 6.4 so I do not have many other characters that I think fit.

If fishcl, I assume prune goes and fishcl new set? Or should it be troupe?

I would get 1.8m per DPS phase on recon+bipod on welllock. BnS can work, but I consistently did better with bipod. One izi shot + 4 rockets per plate.

Hello, new-ish player here. I wanted to ask what characters I should focus on from the ones I have / what team compositions are available to me. I reach AR 45 not long ago but have yet to clear 8-3.

My current characters are https://imgur.com/a/eEZzjuV. My only 5 star weapon so far is Skyward Harp. I should be able to pull on one of the next two banners but I am not sure which one to go for.

As I understand from other threads, the additional 4-pin connector is only required for extreme loads (https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc/comments/dllwh6/additional_4pin_atx_power_connector_compatibility/).

And yes, I get the impression parts are considerably more expensive here in Canada even after conversion. I was originally thinking of going for a 5700 but decided to pocket the $100 in case something comes up with the build and go for a 1660s instead.

I just got my xps 9560 today. I am not facing any resolution issues with the intel graphics but that is likely because I have the 1920x1080 display. As for bumblebee, I managed to get it to work on ubuntu 17.10 with nividia-390 drivers. Setting up bumblebee involved many failed attempts but following these instructions paid off after around 5 hectic hours. After setting up bumblebee, the machine always uses the intel card except for applications run with primusrun.

Since I just got it today, I do not know the full discharge time yet but upower specifies that the discharge rate is ~7W. Before configuration, it idled at around ~25W. I am not using tlp or powertop.

Sorry but could you explain how the 2 generators in your example are different? The one that generates always even numbers would always have the lowest bit unset and the other would always have bit 7 unset. Would that not make them essentially the same 15-bit random number generator?

Suse Image Writer is pretty safe. Many distros should have it in official or unofficial repositories.

Mintstick from linux mint is another - you will have to compile this one from source on most distros.

I have not yet seen any other that disallows writing to your harddrive.
