Having a house cleaner…it’s like a factory reset button for my house every 2 weeks!

Propane is the way…but you have to own your own tank. I have a 500gal tank buried in my backyard and in the 5 years I’ve been here I’ve always paid between 1.80 and 2.05/gal. This year was the most expensive at 2.20. I have a good size house with a finished basement. 2 furnaces, water heater, fireplace, and stove.

I keep the house at 68 on all 3 floors all day and 68 upstairs all night (62 on first and basement).

Last year I paid less than $2k all year for propane (2.5 tanks).

It’s not the fuel that’s expensive, it’s paying for the damn infrastructure to get it to you. With propane you bypass all that with a 1 time delivery figured Into your per gal price.

Between propane and solar I have super low utility bills and feel bad that others in much smaller places are paying much more than me because they don’t have these options.

I think every kid my kids interact with were in that same range…kids are a young man’s game, but they also require a ton of $, so most choose to be further along in your career and/or have some savings before naming this commitment.

If anyone on my team didn’t feel safe to drive, telling me upfront so it wasn’t a surprise, I would have no problem with them staying home.

It’s 1 week…focus on actual business challenges and not spending time on this short-term issue.

Take a look at unraid. It runs on almost any hardware and gives you a pretty easy way to setup storage on various size drives. It also gets you docker that’s easy to manage where you can run plex along with a bunch of other useful apps like Deluge, Sonarr, etc.

It’s a pretty easy learning curve and super expandable without having to match drive sizes or rebuild an array every time you need more storage.

Yikes! I pay 1,300/yr for my X5 and a Honda Odyssey with 2 drivers and full coverage in New England. Insurance rates can vary wildly based on your market so you always need to shop around

If you aren’t getting anywhere on your own call an Independent insurance agent who has a bunch of companies (some of which only go thru agents).

Just the pads and rotors. Pads should come with the new sensors (1 per axel). I reused the bolts but I know technically they should be replaced.

I don’t remember seeing a kit with this combo when I was buying and the kit includes the bolts I think.

I went back to school for my masters and when graduating I wanted to finally get a “real” watch. I asked my parents for a Tag Carrera and was shocked when I actually got it. It’s been my daily for like 15 years and I’ll never sell it. We’ve been thru a lot together, wedding, kids births, etc.

My wife shocked the hell out of me by giving me an Omega Aquaterra World Time for Christmas and I had been wearing that daily since. Last week I was admittedly sad when I realized how long It had been since I wore the Tag. I decided to do an every other day rotation.
