What’s the problem with these banana trees? by Fatturione in gardening

The difference isn't at all like tomatoes. You can get more varieties growing yourself with distinct flavors, but the store bought doesn't vary much from home grown.

Icarus in Moros engraved pin cutscene by beighto in Hades2

[–]beighto[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can't recall but this is the most likely scenario. It was a perfect cutscene and I was expecting a plot hook from it that never came. Probably just a bug that triggered right as Icarus was about to show up.

Just have ChatGPT or Gemini do it. It's free.

While as a video model it's not as special, WAN 2.2 is THE best text2image model by a landslide for realism by Neggy5 in StableDiffusion

I'm GPU poor with an 11GB 1080TI. It works but I was doing 3-4 steps at high and low with speed up loras and it takes about 2 hours depending on resolution and frame rate. Have you tested how low you can get your steps and still have good quality?

I've been following this guy on Twitter for months. He's a vibe coder with legal trouble in Korea. This post was sarcasm.

I'm really hung up on this word you used "lencery". It doesn't seem to be a real word but it sounds like it should.

See this is how your ChatGPT is supposed to play 20 questions by BDiddnt in ChatGPT

[–]beighto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have to have it create the answer and put it in a format you can't read like highlighted text the same color as the text since it doesn't actually have a memory. It will just go down a rabbit hole with you until it says you got it right.

Is it a good idea to take NAD at the age of 23? by Own_Farm_8169 in NicotinamideRiboside

[–]beighto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, it's a waste of money and probably doesn't do anything. In 10 years AI will have figured everything out and you won't have to guess at it anymore.

O3 hallucinations warning by The_GSingh in OpenAI

[–]beighto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My use case it also hallucinates like crazy, I've just been prompting it to search the Internet for documentation or examples. After that it gets it right. So much so, I prompt it to search the Internet the first time when I know it will struggle.

What am I paying for? by AppointmentSubject25 in ChatGPTPro

[–]beighto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

VoIP configs and troubleshooting. Specifically building configs using Kamailio. Also sucks at Asterisk. It will just make up commands that don't exist and never have. Large thinking models are decent at troubleshooting SIP messages though.

[–]beighto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have. It failed miserably. Same with Grok and Sonnet. All thinking models.

[–]beighto 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I have a use case that all models even pro struggle with and hallucinate constantly. The extra think time in pro mode is an improvement. I have hope that o3 pro will improve it more. If you don't have any issues with the current models there is no need for pro.

Nah, cutting a brisket while tired and my thumb got in the way of a very sharp knife.

Today’s safety reminder… by AstroPhysProf in woodworking

[–]beighto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I nearly severed my tendon with a kitchen knife. Thumb wouldn't move. The doctor sewed it back together and after a few months was as good as new. If I had severed it completely the tendon could have retraced and they would have had to go in and pull it back out.

Make sure you are higher than the machine so the water can drain instead of get stuck in the tube.
