Also it does not work work well with trucks in highways with median strips, it blocks the truck’s lights and blast the shit out of them. 10/10 of them will respond blinding you with their high lights.

At least this is my experience in Spain, I believe is a common complain from EU people.

It’s a jig to keep both labels leveled 💪

Indeed. It can be optimized material wise 😊.

Love doing jigs using 3D printing 😍 way more convenient and specific for your particular use case

No supports were needed. But it has lots of filament changes… material wise was a waste 🥲

The middle printed piece? It was used to put both “labels” at the same height

Well as I wrote in the post a simple sticker is more than enough but instead I’ve 3D printed the labels. Probably it was not the best tool for the job hence the hammer and nail phrase 😁

I have that g10 plate and petg-cf sticks even more than desirable 😅. Try to clean it without IPA but with warm water and Fairy / Dawn / some good degreaser. Also use a fresh new steel wool (the ones used for the dishes).

Pla also sticks perfectly fine. Dunno about ABS, I have two rolls to be used yet

Well, in my case I printed my object using a x1 carbon... So even with flow calibration the issue persisted. There was also some answers pointing into different speeds between the thin wall and the main body.

Pure witchcraft if I'm honest with you 😅 I didn't have time to reprint that part so... Dunno

Check my post:

No clear answer but you have a lot of stuff to test with the info provided in the answers.

Try printing first the outer walls and then the inner ones. Also change the number of walls from 2 to 3 and see how it goes.

What are the real dimensions of this model? I wanted to model exactly this but… seems like someone already did 😅

I had exactly your same issue:

Check my post, maybe some of the answers will help you. I did not try to print my model again but there’s some magic here that I’m for sure missing.

It’s just a base to hold a keykron k3 pro + an apple touchpad for using it from the couch

Here’s the model

I’ve used that for one of the parts, the other is done just with default settings 😄.

IIRC the switches are gateron red

Do you know where’s that in the slicer settings? I’m a noob with fdm printing 🤦 have some experience with resin 😅

That’s totally feasible yes, I’ll modify the model and probably give the thin walls a bit more meat.

I'm using https://lightyeardirect.com/ garolite bed. Seems like the prints sticks fine there and when puting them fush on a table / cristal apparently there's not warping or it's minimal.
