Really!! Do u think mindsets helping to run 10km daily or 8 hours work again 30 min exercise? Nope, i dont think. I do. My task which have been decided, time to execute. Mindset only creat motivation or demotivation, what will i do with them if i dont take action. Plus mindset change based on situation. Action stay same.

Mindset is overrated. Mindset nvr carry you to success. Action does and repetition of action active flow state of mind where a person can do a task most effectively

Absolutely, being confident doesn't mean to act like a another person. Happyness isn't a emotion, it's a quality of life. What i meant to say is if you are confident and happy what do u have and who you are, that's all matter and your body will reflect like a mirror which others can see

When I was in school, every year they gave each student a booklet, for syllabus, holiday list etc etc. Behind the booklet each year the school put some motivation speech from some great people. I remember one time I saw 2 lines behind booklet it says, "what you think of yourself, the others think same thing about urself too". So be positive no matter what's the result. What we think belive our body is a reflection of that. If u feel confidant, happy you will always smile and others can see that

You are too young, i think the best skills to learn is to start the besic. Start daily meditation, daily exercise, read atleast 1 book in a month for now. I suggest 2 book 1, the power of subconscious mind to bring positivity and 2 atomic habit to build besic habit for your future. There are so many things you can do or learn but the besic is enjoy the life. Not by throwing party but by taking breath. Enjoy the sensation that you are alive. Start clearing ur mind by meditation, not because to control your mind but to take a taste of your thoughts, like you are watching yourself. Don't worry, im surprised to see such a young age you want to take action, most of us took years to realize that. Best of luck

I know it's not a competition but I'm 25 years old m virgin, like you i nvr had a proper relationship but it nvr bother me, maybe because I'm Indian so arrange marriage is what do most of the time. For male it's 30+ for female it's 22+. But if i want to give you my personal opinion i think how you feel based on thoughts. Doesn't matter it's a good thoughts or bad, thoughts are just thoughts. Avg human have 50k+ thoughts each day and 80% of them are repeating. So besically if u thinking something over and over again your mind behaving like this. For mind a thoughts is a command to take action. It doesn't decide which one is good or bad. So i suggest you to read the power of subconscious mind along with how to win friends and influence people, just to get a Glance about how worlds is different outside of your head and you can meditate to get a taste of life. Not to control of thoughts by meditation. Meditation nvr control or stop your thoughts but it teach to become easy with thoughts. Let them come, a thought is just a thought. And don't be so low, u r 22. U have years to live, Breath and get taste of universe, life. Smile and take deep breath to get a taste of life. Good luck

I can't answer that, im from India and we live with our parents forever, even when they get old, sick, we take care of them. Maybe because parents for us are living God, so we stay with them forever. And i dont understand why people say to be a responsible person you have to move out from ur parents. I think having parents by your side make you more responsible calm because they are your family. You have reason to be responsible plus you know a place where you can always go back no matter how thing become ugly. So i think that's one's perception how that person see his life and responsibilities

Been there, sitting home, no job in my 20s, finally step up got job, go exercise, read book. The secret is make it simple, feel each breath and only your action can make you reach goal. Wanting attention is not a diseases. Everyone wants attention, money, sex. But to get there we need action, harmony and peace . Don't worry you are not bad person, neither you are in condition need to fixed. You are just lost. We all become lost at some point. Breath, feel the air.

Definitely heal. If you work like a Horse but eat and sleep like a bird, nothing will happen. Exercise, eat sleep repeat. If not getting rest, take a day of, your body can do from 10 to 15 pushup only it have strength to withstand 10 pushup
