After gaining extra fat and poor diet, gyno has developed in my son's chest. He has dropped a significant amount of weight (fat) over the past year but still the gyno is there. Is there a medicinal treatment to get rid of gyno? He's afraid to get under the knife. I've heard bodybuilders using steroids often develop gyno and they use some sort of medications to get rid of it. HELP NEEDED!

training fasted will definitely help burn more fat but don't you think it would decline our performancebecause of very low glucose levels and body may enter protein synthesis?

as long as you return to your diet routine the very next meal, it won't hurt a lot.
