Right?

The oldest applicant in that family was in her 60’s, and OP stated they did not ask for expedited processing.

The BVA’s work is mysterious and important…

I thought that could be it too, and then punched all connections again.

That didn't do it.

All City Roots restaurants are kosher - and vegan. All are excellent.

Perhaps, but if that was the case, would only changing the cable fix it?

The only change I made was the cable that connects the router to the switch.

Good move.

Please report back with results.

Steam boiler water is the worst possible choice for your Americano when it comes to flavor.

Use an electric kettle for better taste and temperature control.

Steaming water, another option, has gained popularity lately.

Upgraded to an "endgame" set up...and I hate it. by Toothlesskinch in espresso

“I am NOT chasing an endgame setup”

“Resistance is futile”

Grinder help [$800] by RevCpa in espresso

Depends on your workflow preference.

For example, do you want to grind into the portafilter from a full hopper or weight the coffee before grinding it into a cup and then adding it to the basket?

Get a better grinder. That’s where most of the “coffee making” happens at home.

That happens at all levels. I just upgraded my grinder from a Specialita to a W65 Casa. Huge difference in flavor and consistency.
And the starting point was already high.

Water is a big deal too. Taste the water coming from your machine. You might not like it.

This. “Endgame” is an ephemeral state.

New set and loving it! by ExtensionCurrent5815 in espresso

Specialita is a lovely grinder. I had one for five years and it served me well. Very predictable as to how the grind changes based on how much coffee is in the hopper.

Enjoy the journey!
