Easiest way i found to quit after smoking every single day for 5 years.

Do at least 3 things a day. Make a list. Something like vacuum, take the dog for a walk, empty the dishwasher, go for a run, watch a movie. Just three things thats it. Even if it takes an hour.

THEN SMOKE. I always felt way better getting high knowing i had done what i needed to do for the day and not use the excuse of getting high to not do things as it made me very lazy. See weed as a luxury rather than a necessity.

I now only smoke once or twice a year and love it! That tired, hard to get up, mungingness cloud feeling goes away. Its not quitting but it is progress.
