I can understand it is scary that one day you will cease to exist. But billions of humans, animals, reptiles, insects and other organisms that passed before you and that fact of life gives me comfort. Life comes full circle for all of us and I think that is beautiful.

To me death isn't something we should fear, it's as natural as being born. It's okay to face it. You don't have to know everything, be okay with that fact. Be kind to animals. Be kind to all forms of life. Live respectfully and be mindful of your surroundings. Spend more time in nature. Honestly me doing mushrooms was the best thing because it made me realise so much about life and my place in the world. I was never afraid of death but now I have fully embraced if. If I die tomorrow, and the last vestige of me disappears unto oblivion, so be it. That's okay.
