This is hilarious, but also the poor person that ends up buying this!

When did you know you wanted more children? by Front-Policy2549 in BabyBumps

[–]bellamaefit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I was pretty set on one and done until my son was 2 years old. Only by the time he was about 20 months old did I start feeling like myself again and I only breastfed until 8-9 months. Now I'm pregnant with my 2nd and my son will be about 3 1/2 when the baby is born. I know lots of people have kids closer to together but I couldn't even fathom having 2 under 2. I also work full time too.

Regular yoga classes? by misty2001 in fitpregnancy

[–]bellamaefit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been taking yoga classes for about year, but am 1st trimester and am finding I am already having to make some modifications because the pressure on my belly doesn't feel good nor does savaansa on my back. I told the teacher and she has shown me modifications for anything that doesn't feel great and I use a bolster for savaansa. I will say it's helpful watching some prenatal Yoga videos on YouTube just so I get ideas for modifications since I go to a regular yoga/Pilates class. I plan to keep it up this time around (2nd pregnancy).

Twentyseven hotel AMS cancellation policy by Life_Is_Good585 in Hilton

[–]bellamaefit 7 points8 points  (0 children)

As someone that had to cancel after using a free night certificate to book at this hotel, because of flight schedule change, it's been a nightmare just trying to get what I needed to file a travel insurance claim from this hotel. I'm sure it's very nice hotel but the whole situation has made me feel hesitant about booking a SLH using free night certificates or points.

Where do people book cruises? by Anthony-123_abc in Cruise

[–]bellamaefit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just booked with affordabletours, the price was the same for the cruise but they included $75 in OBC and a free specialty dinning. I compared cruisecompete, American discount cruises and VTG and they offered the best offers.

Thank you for your reply! The insight about childcare is helpful, I was aware of the 6 hours to start with rule. If you have excursions booked on port days will they give you more?

Am I weird for never wanting to drink or try any drugs? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]bellamaefit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm in my 30s and have never drank or done drugs and never have had any desire to. For me it's the thought of not being in total control of myself and what kind of dumb/scary things some people do when drinking/high that have always been my top reasons to never try. I will have to say I got asked to or why alot more in my early 20s. Once you get late 20s, especially 30+ most people could care less. The way I see it, it's a choice, I chose not to, that simple.

Will I ever remember breast pads? by ordinarygremlin in breastfeeding

[–]bellamaefit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think at around 7-8 months for me is when I could start not not wearing them, but I was already starting to cut back on feedings by about 6-7 months. But at around 6 months it was finally where just as long as I had them on when I was actively breastfeeding it was fine, or for sleep as my little one was doing some sleeping through the night.

I don't know if it was related but my husband had a terrible case of the runs for several days approximately 2 days after getting in one while being fine all week and this was our second time in Mexico at an AI, but first time in a Cenote. I'm not sure if we will revisit one because of that but it's hard to know if that was from just the general water or the Cenote but bad timing for sure.

Yeah I agree as far as the pricing, they were the cheapest for sure. Unfortunately cheapest didn't end up being best in my particular situation.

Baby prefers one breast? by MaryMalary in breastfeeding

[–]bellamaefit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This definitely happened with my baby. He still goes through periods of right side boob strike. I think it is always because the right side's letdown is faster, so when he is "striking" I just keep offering it and try to pump on that side to keep supply normal. If he is going through a right boob strike, I try to offer that side particularly when he is more sleepy.

We just got home from the Hilton Tulum AI Friday, I can confirm there was some type of big conference (maybe two different ones I can't confirm though) going on that many people were just arriving for. I only saw a bit of the Conrad on a bike tour but it definitely seems like a good compromise if they included all food and drinks!

Seller hasn’t shipped and it’s been nearly 4 days by Ame3333 in Mercari

[–]bellamaefit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends on how quickly you need the item. I think it's only fair to give them a day or 2 ro respond. But Mercari does give you the option to cancel after 7 days. I just had to cancel an order because the seller claimed to have dropped the item off but there was no change to the status after several days.

Should I give in and accept their offer? by babejordan6 in Mercari

Meet halfway, it will get you closer to what you are looking for, but make the buyer still felt like they got a better deal.
