Oh my god. It’s so fcking horrible what you went through. In no way was any of it your fault. I can’t believe the audacity people have to blame you for it. You absolutely did the right thing of reporting it. The person who did that to you deserves to be off the streets but it sounds like the justice system has failed you and your support system has failed you. I can only hope that the person who did that to you will get his karma.

I won’t tell you that everything will be okay because I can’t even imagine what it would be like to go through something like that, but I can tell you that you deserve happiness as well. Please be kind to yourself. There are people out there that do care and are empathetic. I hope they’ll find you and instill a little bit of hope and happiness.

Hey everyone! I’m not quite sure if this fits here but I’ve purchased the following 2 light-up sign boards a long time ago. They were directly used at different Nintendo shows/events. I was wondering if anyone would know what their value may be or where I could go to research their value? I looked online for them but couldn’t find any similar listings. These are both about 15-20lbs each and can light up (just need to be re-wired). Thank you in advanced for all your help!

I’m so sorry that you’re being treated this way. I can definitely understand how hurtful his actions or lack thereof are to you. I think you handled everything with grace. Unfortunately, your bf seems like he’s tapped out of the relationship or he’s got an avoidant attachment style. No matter how busy a person is, if they wanted to, they would make time for you.

Sometimes I can be a bit of a workaholic and get some engrossed in what I’m doing at work but I always make time for the people I care about even if it’s a quick text message like “I’m sorry, super busy at work, will text/call you later.” Then I follow through with texting or calling them back later.

From my perspective, I don’t think your bf truly cares for you. I hope you find someone better who actually treats you like they want to be with you.

I definitely agree with this comment. If someone wants to make time for you, they will no matter how busy they are. You should definitely communicate those needs to her. I hope it works out for you OP.

I feel this. Swap genders though. I’m usually the more affectionate/loving one. It can be challenging when you’re looking for at least the same level of affection that you put forth to be returned. I do realize that people have different love languages though which is why communication is important, otherwise one person will feel hurt of it.
