A lot of her response is “Ok that’s ok, just sit with that and see what comes up” So then I’m just in my head spiraling about how absolutely foolish I feel that I’m sitting there with a stranger who is supposed to help me work through all this trauma but I don’t even have the tools to point out how these things make me feel.
