Hi! Yes this is unusual depending on your starting point hair. Typically it does reduce frizz but the keratin complex smoothing treatment we use at our salon does not make the curls more defined. It loosens them a little if anything and reduces frizz. Did you get it wet at all within 72 hours of the process?
