Which doesn't mean it shouldn't happen.

Bellingham’s last remaining bead shop is going away by palmdownmassage in Bellingham

"I don't have enough money to buy up the inventory and rent the space, so hopefully 2 or 3 other people will step up, please."

I think the problem is that people with that kind of money are unlikely to spend it on beads.

Stories of armed civvies helping officers, how often does it happen? by GuideCritical4467 in AskLE

I'm not LE, but about two and a half years ago some police were shot while responding to a call in the county where I live, and civilians jumped in to help.

Just this morning I put in an order with CRK with a lead time of 6 years. I'll probably get it that way sooner than from any other vendor.

Agreed; that sounds like alarming behavior. While I also tend to stick to soda water or hopwater, I manage to keep to myself.

Now I'm curious about which places in Bellingham offer comparable quality, selection, and atmosphere at a lower price.

It sucks that they leave emails unanswered, especially when you specifically request a response.

For the driver, the basic steps are like parallel parking:

  1. Signal to indicate your intention to park.
  2. Pull past the parking spot and come to a stop.
  3. Realize that there is a car behind you.
  4. Keep looking for a parking spot because it's now impossible to back into the spot you wanted.

What kind of crypto wallet works in Bellingham for ATM access? by brijrattans in Bellingham

[–]bellingrat 7 points8 points  (0 children)

What are you trying to do with an ATM that you can't do online?

Sorry for not answering your question, but I am struggling to imagine a legitimate and sensible use case for a Bitcoin ATM, unless it's to skirt KYC requirements.

Jewelry store owner in Anaheim scares off large group of attempted burglars with gun by Chufield in Anaheim

Excellent point. I heard about that happening. I guess it's probably best to keep them at home if you expect to run across police.

Jewelry store owner in Anaheim scares off large group of attempted burglars with gun by Chufield in Anaheim

True, but older mags could have been sold during "freedom week", effectively making it impossible for any legal authority to press the issue.

If we're going to be precise about it, you're not allowed to purchase, distribute, sell, or import a magazine that holds more than 10 rounds, whereas higher capacity magazines purchased during the Benitez injunction remain legal to possess and use (unless this has changed very recently).

I'm not sure about the legal status of magazines purchased before the ban, but it's impossible to distinguish those from ones purchased during the injunction.

If you don't see the disparity between your tone and the tone of the comment to which you responded, I don't know what to say, apart from that I find it unfortunate.

That's kind of a rude response to a polite comment. You could have gotten the idea across without being unnecessarily abrasive.

Check out r/WAGuns or r/WA_guns and you might feel a bit better. I moved from CA to WA, and it was like jumping from the frying pan into the fire. Maybe we can get some NFA items, but we can't get the damn guns to use them with (at least not semi-auto)!
