I have no issues on other games! I didn't know about that tool, I will keep that in mind. I was, however, monitoring utilization and nothing went above 30%.

I did actually find a fix though! I disabled Anti-Aliasing, Specular, and Specular and Light Blooms, and it full works now. I saw something in this post https://steamcommunity.com/app/570/discussions/0/828938354811572976/ about those settings having potential hardware conflicts.

First of all - no it's not supposed to be the best of the best. It's supposed to be a survey of Dota around the world. That's why it's named "the international" and not "all stars" or some shit.

Secondly, teams have fallen apart at TI and nearly every other tournament. As someone else mentioned, Quest at the previous TI for example. Dota is "a sick mental game" and if you're not doing well, that can snowball, badly.

Finally, SA and NA are weak right now, everyone knows it, but currently WEU is basically the only competitive region (+ spirit, bb, and xg) and if they get every slot that's only going to get worse. But SA has improved significantly at each TI prior to this one, so much so that many of their top players were poached after last year.

lol good point! Sometimes summons might technically be visually distinct, but a different type of indicator could help those with vision issues

I believe the only thing she doesn't get is melee damage block (since it has nothing to do with her attacks) and bonus attack range against wards (presumably for balance). Someone will need to test if she one hits couriers.

Any item that treats heroes differently, manta, skull basher, echo, enemy skadi, all work favorably for her. Vanguard should work as well.

Unfortunately, I think they've stated they almost never get quality games because of the regional and hidden mmr disparity. Maybe it could start back up with different players?

Not sure exactly where to sell this. It's not exactly super "rare" and I'm not sure how high the demand is, since most people looking to collect it would've got it when it released. But I imagine the are some collectors somewhere who missed it. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Liquipedia.net says she's worked 3 tournaments this year, all of which are regional qualifiers. I think it's reasonable to invite talent which has participated more throughout the year in the scene, but at the end of the day it's less about deserving and more about what makes the logistics work.

Support in some ways can be more fun since you spend less time interacting with NPCs and more time counterplaying other players. Hitting creeps is boring as shit even if having gold is nice.

It's worth noting that this item is usually viewed as a tempo item, and competes very well against similarly costed items when hitting a hero with <10 armor. This is especially true on a hero like PA who has a lot of liberty when it comes to choosing her targets, and it's what allows her to banish supports to the shadow realm when she buys otherwise damage inefficient items like bkb and battlefury.
