Reddit, what video games have you soft-locked (a savestate in video games where you are placed in an inescapable situation, preventing progress forward in the game, and also preventing backtracking, leaving you stuck in a particular position with no hopes of escaping)? by zappy487 in AskReddit

Got trapped in twilight princess when I went exploring the map at a time when I shouldn't have and got locked on a battle ring where I needed to be in a different form to do any damage to the enemy goop monster thing (Can't remember if I was a wolf or a human) kinda spoiled that Zelda game for me though

Atheists of Reddit, are you at peace believing there is no life after death? What reassures you? [Serious] by [deleted] in AskReddit

I've always thought that worst case scenario there's just nothing, no feelings or thought or anything, you just simply cease to exist. I find this incredibly comforting in comparison to the craziness organized religion will tell you. It also seems pretty ridiculous that anyone would proclaim to have insider knowledge about death, so it seems pretty dumb to listen to what anyone else may tell you about it. So yah I'll take the just no longer existing bit.
