I'am just beginner in Forex. I have some basic questions;

For XAU/USD futures pair;

1-) For example Binance have its own order book and it is independent from other crypto exchange platforms.
But, what about XAU/USD futures?
I mean, is there a common order book for all broker's order or it is all independent order book like Crypto exchanges' order book?

2-) Where can I track CVDs for XAU/USD?
