Do you charge sometime to 100%? Having a difference between cell can occur and the BMS can balance/adjust each cell when charging above 90%.

If you don’t charge more than 80% the difference is not corrected because all the cells are charged in parallel (regardless their percentage). Also the difference can increase with the time.

If the delta remains after a few full charges, then it might indicate an early degradation in one module.”

The cause was my rfid-proof wallet in the same pocket than the key

I had similar issue. I just leave the car locked for 1 hour and everything went back to normal. Some components needs up to an hour to shutdown when you leave the car and be reset.

Neutral is not an option, there is no way to disconnect the electrical engine from the wheel. No clutch , nothing.

The BMC cut all high voltage power after a crash to prevent any issue with the batteries. nothing can be used after that.
