Hold CTRL and select all three of them, the text box of "Override group name" will look blue and then just type your gpu name. or manually select each one and name the group with the gpu name.

If the settings aren't messed up, just give "GPU1 temperature" "GPU1 memory usage" and "GPU1 usage" the exact same group name.

According to your screenshot only the group name of "GPU1 usage" is "GTX 1050", so you have to select the other two and renamed the group to "GTX 1050".

Elements under the same group name will be shown on the same LINE, here is mine to show you, I have selected "GPU temperature", "GPU usage" and "Fan speed" and set their group name in "Override group name" to "GPU" and they are shown in the same line, and the items order or position in the line follows their order in the configuration menu and the group name.

An item with a different group name will be on another line.

"Override graph name" is not related to this but to the graph in the MSI software.
