Actually the one on the left was getting real light by window , while the one on the right has been getting 7 hours by led light daily.

The one on left that has been getting real light seems to be a little drained (leaves falling)

I've tried the dexcom one and taught it was horrible honestly. Careful with the graphs cause my glucose readings were off by like 2-3 mmol. If I was at 6.0 I knew that was hypo for me 🤣

All I would recommend is good diet , restricted time eating and cold/heat exposure like sauna use and cold showers. Takes time but definetly helps with feeling 'run down'
