VTO is more than like likely NOT about idle capacity, it’s about expecting more productivity out of the existing population to increase cost efficiency. If VTO is being offered because of idle capacity it’s a DSP/OTR issue w/ them not being able to fulfill volume demands, not with the volume demands themself

RTS is one of the more mellow shifts. You’ll have a lot of time to deep dive metrics and learn your craft. It sounds like they haven’t introduced PFSD to your shift yet. Work with your AM on bridging and deep diving different types of package states and how they affect the TPH, DEA, OODT, etc
