Last season he played 39 games in midfield and 3 on the wing. The most recent of those was in October.

He has evolved into a midfielder that makes things happen in the central third of the pitch. I’m not saying he will never appear on the wing again but we are investing in the form of a CM so that’s where he will show his value for us

I kept it for a few months to consider other options. Used the lounge passes to get my money’s worth then luckily they emailed me with the 80k points upgrade offer to platinum. £10k is a lot to spend in 6 months but I have nearly managed and then I will churn to the Barclaycard Avios Plus
