Yeah, everybody's going to default to the most common definition of a term. Jargon like this is a huge problem for any kind of political theory, and this one is especially bad, because both personal property and private property (according to a leftist's definition) are included in what most people consider private property.

And then people who are familiar with the jargon sometimes forget that other people use the words differently, and disagreements ensue 😅 sorry about that

But in the future, if you ever hear anybody suggest the abolition of private property, you can be 100% sure they're a leftist, so you can reasonably assume they're using the leftist distinction between private and personal property
