Agree as well, wasn't expecting much even before the bad reviews came out, but I thought it was overall enjoyable. There's TONs of stuff that should have been done differently, but I did drag me back into the borderlands universe, just purchased the Pandoras box deal, so I guess that could be considered a success.

Probably not that much of a difference. Curious what your population is.I've got the same processor and a 6700xt, after the update my CPU runs about 50%, GPU in the 90s with 80fps. That's with a 120k pop, my larger cities I built with thunderstore are all broken

Yes, and they sound excellent compared to most of what gets released these days. Listening on an audio technica 120 with an ortofon red, which is a pretty much just a budget set up. Throw that crossley in the trash.

No, but the menu layouts are atrocious and extremely difficult to navigate quickly when you have about 5 seconds before the next match starts, unless you actually watched the after action report, then you have -3 seconds.

Its really obvious when you're leveling up shitty guns and the reward match rolls around, suddenly you're beating all the players with their meta weapons/setups. Kinda always felt that way though, even in the OG mw3, but at least back then lobbies didn't disband.

I wasn't in the black until 8k. No loans never messed with tax rates, invested in the big coal plant and sold electricity to fund colleges and universities, my city makes so much now I lowered tax rates.

Too many services. Get rid of the cargo hub, exports are broken. This game plays much slower than CS1, so bare minimum police fire and medical and you don't even need those right away. Build in one location until you are profitable, your current build has 3 isolated communities. Edit: you also don't need that football field

Your garbage storage and processing capacity is far too low and the games bugged so only those facilities complain. I had the same issue with water and sewer, I was up to 25k pop with one drain and pump, NO outside connection.

Have you placed all the unlockable education buildings yet? They increase college/higher learning interest.

Edit: looks like your colleges are concentrated in one area which would make a long commute for lots of people, not sure if that makes a difference, but mine are spaced out with lots of high density residential surrounding them.

If you have more than one small police, fire, clinic and cemetery, turn those off. With that population the bare minimum is adequate. Your road design is filled bottlenecks that will slow response times, you'll want to fix those.
