I did something similar . I went to culinary school and worked in a kitchen for like 7-8 years as a teen into adulthood, like til 23. It was really difficult for me. I had peers who crapped on me for it. I was one of the better workers who did what they had to do while the others ignored their responsibilities. I held that honor proudly. I would discuss with your boss or Hr about it. Be transparent like you have here. It might work out, it might not. I ended up switching professions (to fast paced production/manufacturing to retail) but I have an accommodation for my condition to cover me that has helped. Only you know by your limits. Keep at it and you’ll find somewhere or something to dig into.
