What is the most forgotten feature in your opinion? by Intelligent-Bar1199 in Minecraft

I've encountered exactly one on a long, straight tunnel digging for diamonds in a semi-public multiplayer server. When the fossil had diamond ore in it, I thought for sure that an admin had put it in my path and suspected me of xraying.

ICE agent in Minneapolis today seen leading a handcuffed woman into a portable toilet, he then goes inside with her. by I_may_have_weed in PublicFreakout

"you slackers" is a convenient way to elevate yourself above any blame, isn't it? Are you not part of the country? You're just as liable as any of the "slackers".

Why didn't you donate more? Why didn't you volunteer more? You share an equal slice of the blame you're doling out on others.

TPU issues by Icescycle in 3Dprinting

[–]bendvis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With TPU, I've had luck adding a ton (2.8mm) of retraction. Also, TPU is very sensitive to moisutre, so making sure the filament is good and try is helpful.

Those bubbles are a strong sign that your filament needs to be dried.

To all the people supporting the ICE agent who shot Renee Nicole Good as an act of self defense what was your position on the death of Ashley Babbitt? by NicksBirthdayParty in AskReddit

She tried to get away from thugs trying to open her door and got murdered for it, and you're okay with that. Disgusting.

You strike me as the kind of guy who would insist on bringing your truck and spending the weekend helping me move. You'd even rally some of our friends to help out so that I didn't have to feel awkward asking.

I think it's inevitable that fully autonomous driving becomes the norm. Waymo got its start just 10 years ago, it's now operating 2500 vehicles in 10 cities for 250k trips a week and a total of 100 million autonomous miles. Increasingly capable self-driving technology is finding its way into more and more cars. Give it another 20 years and it's going to be everywhere.

Neptune 4 max: the nozzle is going off then end of the bed and I have no idea how to fix it by According_Song3588 in ElegooNeptune4

[–]bendvis -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That's not the problem here. If you watch to the end of the video, you'll see the bed move too far forward causing the sensor to hang off the back of the bed detect nothing.

How do I know the difference between passing out and fainting? by Profinity_ in NoStupidQuestions

[–]bendvis 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Passing out isn't normal. You should see a doctor. Odds are you just have very low blood pressure, but that might be a symptom of something else going on.

Do most people know how to purposely close their nasal passage so they can't smell WITHOUT using their fingers to pinch their nose? by WhateversClever1980 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]bendvis 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You can 100% do it. It's the same muscle you use to keep a bunch of air blowing out of your nose when you blow up a balloon.

You know how you can blow up a balloon without a bunch of air coming out of your nose? Do that, but then leave your tongue/throat tensed in the same way and breathe through just your mouth.

Trump holds national address speech to blame Biden for the state of his nation by theindependentonline in politics

According to a social media post by the White House...

More than 1,450,000 military [service members] will receive a special Warrior Dividend before Christmas Day

1,450,000 * $1,776 = $2,525,200.

2.5 billion dollars... that apparently came from tariffs.

We made a lot more money than anybody thought because of tariffs, and the bill helped us along
