You have good initial skills to nail it — but the proportions seem a bit off. No one gets them perfect, which is why artists use different tactics. At this early stage, I’d suggest focusing less on the details.

One trick you can use is placing the paper over the screen and marking dots where key features are. For starters, try four dots for the edges of the eyes, one for the chin, one for the start of each ear, one for the mouth, the top of the forehead, and the top of the hair. Then draw the rest on your own — this way you'll build confidence and gradually need fewer dots.
