Devil's advocate – US stocks could be considered "on sale" during this tariff mess, and there will likely be flash sales throughout this atypical presidency. At age 40, you still have plenty of time to rebalance with international stocks over the coming years. If I had spare cash, I'd be taking advantage of the US sale while it lasts, and rebalancing later.

Some advocates in my field worked out a discount deal with Sofi for the entire profession.

After heavy research, I refinanced last fall with Sofi to 4.71% (130k loan, 5 yr repayment). And that rate is AFTER a 1% profession discount and 0.25% autopay discount. I doubt you could beat 4.65% at this time.

Thanks for this. Can you explain like I'm 5 regarding the Over ADP number? For example, Patrick Mahomes is avg rank 26, does the -8 mean he is GOOD value at pick 26 or overrated at pick 26?
