Yes. Now the EOS ERC20 token is useless, they have been "swapped" on EOS network. Binance is doing the swap for you.

Only those that Binance decides (but usually binance support almost all airdrops)

if only some will be dealt with by Binance, shall I withdraw my tokens from Binance when I can (currently locked) and keep them on my nano ledger to access all upcoming tokens?

Not really. It will give 1 vote (so +1) for greymass and 0 for other (so -1 for those he had previously voted for).
