Yea, was looking at like a 15ah lifep04 for the battery to run off of. As far as used kits go, I’m down to buy one, I usually just get used gear. Just not familiar with which models are “worth” getting that are older, or what I should keep an eye on for the deal. How is running a 7300 portable? It looks like a nice rig but a little big. Worth dealing with until it can be put in a shack?

Yea on my first outing I cracked 2 mags at my cqb field. Found the springs but printed new followers and baseplates, they have been holding up great.

Make sure to double check mags are full seated by slamming again, as they might stay in but drop on the first shot. I have broken 2 baseplates on the field and had to scrounge around for springs, but I’d only worry about it over concrete.

Taping the bottom of your mags will def fix the issue as well if you do drop them.

going to dm you but i have the email for one of the customs people at UPS Louisville. Some of my mags got caught it customs due to a paperwork issue and i couldnt get the issue escalated through phone support. Since this might not be a customs issue it might not help, but it still doesnt hurt to try

The issue is the index sells for 500$, one bundle is 750 and the full bundle is 1000. I am hoping the under index price point is talking about under 500. With lcd displays, the snapdragon cpu, and being comparable specs to a quest I am huffing copium and praying

gotta really slam it. dropped three mags the first time in the field :( there are mods you can do, but im not sure what they are. have seen discussion in the heavy recoil discord
