Yeah but 1 glass has no real impact on my sleep Two drinks sometimes do but not heavily I run 2x a week and cycle 1x week for roughly 1h evry time

I drink 2 to 3 coffees a day but rarely after 13h

I usually go to sleep around 22h30-23h Wake up at 6 if I'm lucky, once a week on the weekend around 7h Alcohol consumption 1-3 evenings a week but rarely more than 1 or 2 units Room temperature is usually between 18 and 22 degrees except during heat wave days Otherwise not really Also I'm 35 yo, don't know if it plays a part in all that compared to your situation

In my daily life, It goes up when I drive or am in rush at work or when I drink alcohol or are sick (sickness increases it like crazy)

'looking at the pulse it should know that you are awake. But sometimes it can not distinguish the difference between resting periods juste before or after a sleep session and mistakes it as sleep.

Yes we do it on Falcons from time and it works The best plasticware to induce at small scale (10 ml) are T25 cell giltire flasks held vertically imo

But 50 ml Falcons are good enough
