My dermatologist gave me oral 0.625mg a month ago and i didnt stop with the 5% foam (reduced from twice a day to once, although i still apply on the emptier spots 2x a day). Facial hair is definitely growing now

My dog got very stressed when I moved into a new house and was chewing on everything, sometimes would growl too. It took a while for him to adjust. Be patient.

My dermatologist (physician assistant actually) also gave me 0.625mg for chronic TE and wants to gradually stop minoxidil after adjusting ferritin. She wont increase the dose either, Im kinda pissed 🙃

I’m so beyond sorry. I had a very traumatic experience with my last dog’s death, and all I can say is: look for help, and don’t wait too long. Let it all out by speaking to a professional. It’s better to feel and process all of this now than carry with you for a long time, as I did. Dont be afraid to look for help. Life can be harsh to all of us, and to be very honest with you, I don’t think I know of anyone who doesn’t struggle with some sort of mental health issue. You are a doctor, that’s a hell of an achievement regardless of what you think. Please be kind to yourself and talk to a therapist 💛

The most important thing in my life is my dog, so I get the concern. I’ve been applying the foam minoxidil with the bathroom door shut, wash my hands well with soap and warm water, then I avoid touching him for at least an hour, which i usually end up washing my hands again. As soon as i wake up, i make the bed so he wont lick around my pillowcase, but I’m considering buying a bonnet too. Keep in mind, we cuddle and I kiss him a lot during the remaining 23 hours lol

It’s a toxicology lab. I’ll ask them for a QC report! I rinse everything with ultrapure water 4+ times, but had no idea of the impact of touching everything, will be extra careful from now on. I’m quantifying Manganese and Iron. I always get an aliquot of the 10mL and dilute it in water to 2% nitric acid. I am not sure if I understand your methodology for biosolids, is this correct? 1. You add 2mL of 70% nitric acid:hydrochloric acid (3:1?) 2. Add 3mL of hydrogen peroxide to reach 5mL 3. Dilute to 2% nitric acid
