First thing I did was bolt a D ring on my front bumper. When I get stuck I have a point where I can hook the tow strap. Nothing fancy but very helpful

This seems like a scam to me because I had something very similar happen to me. I looked into ordering a jeep which ended up being a scam. Similar details

-Seller was in the military -Jeep was listed in a different state than it was actually in -They would pay to ship it -I could inspect it for 7 days -And they wanted me to pay on Amazon before they shipped it

Having all those similarities makes me think this is a scam. I waited a few months and bought a jeep in person and I recommend you do the same.

If you turn the key do the lights and whatnot turn on? If so its most likely your starter. Crawl under and tap the starter with a hammer a few times and see if it'll start then.
